Everything Works Some Of The Time...
 
 Funny that everything works some of the time, but nothing works all the time!
Is someone questioning your idea?
Careful of the naysayers. If you have a plan in real estate, of course, do the research. But don't give up on a passionate idea.
When asking for advice, consider the source. You certainly cannot wait for everyone to agree that your new design is a good one.
So many things I've tried over the years have worked for me even though others told me it was a waste of my time.
 
 
Starting with consistent advertising, using my Sell Your Home With Margaret Rome tagline, making my appointments, showing my listings, taking hard to sell properties, attending inspections, writing my book REAL ESTATE THE ROME WAY,  using the TOO LATE signs, daily blogging, and even my weekly radio show. 
At some point, someone was suggesting my way was not going to work. Just recently, cautioned that open houses were not productive, not safe, and were a waste of time. My open houses are impromptu, and for one hour when I already have a planned showing.
 
Have I listened to these naysayers? Yes!
Have I done things differently? Not really.
