A solution to the “Empty Flyer Boxes” problem

Thank you to RealBird for sharing this clever idea for using SMS code stickers with flyer boxes to eliminate the "empty flyer box" problem.
 
For a home sellers (and for a potential buyers), seeing an empty flyer box in front of the house can be very frustrating. For real estate agents, it's an ongoing problem as you won't know that the flyers are out unless you drive by or your seller complains, which is already too late.
But there is a really easy solution that will make your seller happy and help you with capturing more leads for yourself in the process. And whatever makes your seller happy, will in turn help you with winning more listings, without a doubt. Make sure to tell new sellers that your flyer box is different than your competitors'.
