Where We Live: Evergreen Square

For many years, the Northern Virginia area has been amazing, especially our home turf of the McLean and Great Falls housing market, but what about neighboring towns such as Oakton? The population of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) continues to grow every year, and as certain communities get more and more popular, some communities are almost overlooked.
The town of Oakton is located just 18 miles outside of Washington DC, and offers an array of activities that you cannot find in the heart of the big city. Specifically, the Evergreen Square located on Bushman Drive. Just off of Route 66, the commute is extremely easy if you work in DC, and only 2 convenient miles away from the Vienna metro station. At Evergreen Square, the homes are attached to one another in townhome style.
