Valleybrook! Here is the latest Market Update with Sold Statistics For Valleybrook Blackwood NJ October 2019As we are winding down the year in sales, Valleybrook's sold number’s again prove to be very strong!  The average days on market for the entire development was 62
So here are the Average sale prices, broken down for each area.
Glen Eagles – Average Sale Price was $166,545 (2 of which were my sales and they were 1 & 2 top grossing sales for Glen Eagles for this past year) Links II $206,020 The Links $211,073 St Andrews $190,000 Players Place $139,130 Concessions from seller to buyer – Very common nowadays. There were 21 concessions sand the average was $4,122.
