Technically It's Not False Advertising So Caveat Emptor
You have to pay attention and understand what words SEEM to mean and what they may ACTUALLY mean.
Thanks to some minor ticker trouble I'm on a few meds, one of which has the fringe benefit of water retention if I'm not careful (there's another as needed pill to remove the extra water).  Overall the meds do their job, I just have to be sparing as to how often I can munch on a great Italian sub!
So the weather has snapped cold and I've got a hankering for chili and Liz has a good recipe so I stopped at the store tonight to pick up the ingredients.  There's a variety of tomato products and other ingredients going into that chili and we've learned to check the labels for salt content (you'd be surprised how high some things like kidney beans and diced tomatoes can be).
Side by side was a can of "regular" tomato paste with a can of "No Salt Added" tomato paste.
Salt content for the regular?  25 mg per serving.
Salt content for the No Salt Added variety?  25 mg per serving.
