Many Voices Can Create Change....
   I have never been the person to accept changes ...or not want to try to  make them because it's a "done deal" and there is no point in taking the time...making the effort...spending the money.  If I did nothing...and a change was made that I believe was detrimental...I am not being true to
myself and my beliefs.   It's like choosing not to exercise your right to vote because you believe your choice of a candidate won't win.
    If you have not read our featured post...please do...it's right here.  The longer we are licensed, the less we are willing to accept ridiculous rules...MLS and NAR have spun out of control. WHY do we allow them to control HOW we market our listings ? To be honest...yes...to provide accurate information...of course...To dictate how ...to demand "formats" that make no sense...and worse yet...inflict fines on the agents who provide them with their very existance. Beyond that...we have an example of a clear "MLS infraction"....but two board members are from that brokerage...and they chose to not only ignore it...but lie about it. Enough enough ,...!
    There has to be an enterprising attorney who wants to make a BIG name for her/himself....where is ... more
