This is the November, 2019 single family home market report for homes sold on Maui Hawaii year to date through October, 2019.
 
In October 104 single family homes sold on Maui with a median price of $732,00 and an average price of $1,442,323. At the end of October there were 452 single family homes for sale on Maui which is approximately 4.7 months of inventory. Wailuku had the highest number of sold homes with 24 in October while Wailea/Makena had the highest median sale price for sold homes with a median sale price of $9,551,176 in October.
 
Through October 948 single family homes have sold on Maui with a median price of $745,000 and an average price of $1,090,952. The median sale price has increased 5.7% compared to the same 10 month period in 2018. The average sale price has increased 5.5% compared to the same 10 month period in 2018. Wailuku has the highest number of sold homes through October, 2019 with 205 total sales while Wailea/Makena has the highest median sale price for sold homes with a median sale price of $2,537,500 through October, 2019.
