This is a question that never goes away whether or not there is a plentiful supply of homes on the market or homes for sale are hard to find. 
 
It’s understandable that sellers want to minimize any further dollars spent on a home they are leaving, but it’s important to look at this as an investment into getting their home sold. 
 
But before you decide to defer investing in improving your home’s presentation, ask yourself these 5 questions…
 
 
Do I enjoy keeping my house in model perfect condition every single day?
Do I like having people I don’t know walking through my home?
Do I enjoy having to leave my home for an hour or so while my home is being shown?
Am I willing to lose the home I want because my current home hasn’t sold?
Am I willing to lose potential buyers because they did not like the condition and appearance of my home?
