Grateful For Creating My Own Exit Strategy And Carrying It Through

As most of you know, I have not been active in real estate for almost 14 years. Previously, I was a listing agent, and during the final stretch of my career, my focus was new construction. I listed subdivisions filled with new single family homes and a few subdivisions of 55+ high end condominiums.
 
 
It was actually a great way to finalize a career. However, my fingers continue to play every day online and offline with real estate marketing.
 
 
It’s a great way to continue to make a good income; keep my mind working; and allow myself plenty of time to do other activities for which I have a passion.
 
 
I make my own schedule. No one interferes with what I do or how I do it. The team members have their own job descriptions, and if they want something special done in the form of marketing, I do it.
 
My last years of working in the real estate business are very flexible. I expect to work through December of 2021.  In two years, I’ll be 75, and I think a 43 year career is something to be grateful for, God willing.
