Kingspoint Community in Williamsburg, Virginia
Welcome to Kingspoint-a quiet neighborhood in James City County. Kingspoint is located on the beautiful intersection of College Creek and Halfway Creek in Williamsburg, Virginia. The community is 272 acres with approximately 224 homes total. 
 
The community is located right off Route 199, close to the Colonial Parkway entrance. The neighborhood is only minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens and Water Country.
 
Most homes were built in the60’s and 70’s, and homes range from 1600 square feet to 5000 plus square feet.
The community’s association is not a mandatory one, which is very unusual in the Williamsburg area. Community amenities include a pool, playground, clubhouse, landscaped grounds, tennis courts and a dock. 
 
Kingspoint also has a youth swim team, the Kingspoint dolphins. The dolphins team is open to all under 19 years of age. Kingspoint is a member of the Virginia Peninsula Swim Union (VPSU), and it is one of the oldest swim teams in Williamsburg!
