Condo, Temporary Home or Forever Home? What to Do...
According to this article, more millenials are going "all in" when buying that first home-bypassing the traditional 1 or 2 bedroom condo or townhouse in favor of a 4 bedroom single family home.
Did you know "nearly a third of buyers aged 33 to 37 bought four-bedroom homes (aka forever homes) compared with about 24% in that age group who bought similar homes in 1980, 1990, and 2000?" 
With the increased conventional loan limits going up to $510,400 in 2020, next year is looking favorable for home buyers.
 
Sometimes the difficulty of seeing into the future causes us to buy the temporary condo,  small starter home when a "Forever Home" could really be in reach.
