Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas
The total number of currently available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 32, and last month there were 41. Inventory is decreasing! Currently for sale, there are:
9 single family homes (ranging in price from $295,000 - $1,400,000) No half-duplexes 17 condos ($125,000 – $469,000) 6 townhomes ($331,900 - $594,900) Twenty five of 32 xx available homes have been on the market for longer than 30 days. Homes are taking a little longer to sell as the market continues to correct.
The average number of days on the market for the “active” status, pre-owned homes is 74 days as compared to 59 last month). The median number of days on the market is 67 days, compared to last month’s 46 days.
