Memorable Transactions in the greater Los Angeles Real Estate history...
 I had to share this transaction I would have been remiss if I did not participate in Carol Williams  and Anna Banana Kruchten CRB, CRS  Active Rain Challenge.
 As most of you know, the longer we  have been in Real Estate the more stories we can choose from. Sometimes that makes challenges like this harder, since we are having a tough time choosing the story to share with the readers. Some we cannot share due to confidentiality agreements and others we cannot share because we are still in contact with the clients or their connections. Then there are others that people do not want to read, because of all the emotional roller coaster ride  of the story brings back bad memories of their own transactions. Hence with that said I chose to share an entertaining transaction that I experienced.
Most of you know I have two niche markets, one being a vacant land specialist in the Greater Los Angeles area and the other being an International Buyer and Seller Specialist in the greater Beverly  Hills area.
