If buyers, in the throws of house hunting in the Bristow-Gainesville real estate market could sit on Santa's lap and ask for their dream home to magically appear, I am sure many buyers would.  In our low inventory market, many buyers are frustrated.  There is nothing to choose from, and when something finally does come up, the buyers must be ready to go.
Buyers that closed out my 2019 sales with the purchase of an Active Adult community home in the Fredericksburg community of Falls Run, started with me in late summer.  They live in a Bristow townhouse community to which I regularly send market reports.  Initially they wanted to consult about the price they could get for their Braeamr townhouse in order to decide what they could buy in the neighboring Active Adult community of Dunbarton.  After our meeting, they were certain they wanted a one level duplex, but hadn't seen either of the floor plans available in years.
