The Cherrywood neighborhood or more commonly known as French Place is a historic suburban neighborhood located east of the central portion of Austin, Texas. The neighborhood is bounded by I-35 to the northeast, Airport Boulevard to the east, and Manor Road to the south. Thanks to its location in the suburb, it is an excellent option for home buyers who are in the market for a property close to Downtown Austin or the University of Texas - Austin Campus. Residents also get to enjoy easy access to family-friendly amenities making the area an ideal place to raise a family in the city.
