Hi there.  We're Fiona and Toby and we're from New York.  Our mom and dad decided they would like to spend some time in Boca Raton, so naturally we come along.  You didn't think they were going without us, did you?
 
At first, mom and dad were thinking about a pet-friendly condo in Boca Raton.  They googled and found a pet-friendly REALTOR®. 
 
 
They all got along well, so we started to look into condos at the beach.  The thing is, the buildings had a lot of rules about where we could walk and more.  We weren't too keen on going out through the garage or being carried, and we wanted open space to run.  Oh, what to do!
 
 
The lady REALTOR® who loves dogs suggested a house in a pet-friendly gated community in Boca Raton.  That way, she said, we would have a backyard to run in, we would have some space.  We thought, Hey, not a bad idea.  She might be onto something here.  If the house had a pool and a fenced yard, we've got it made. We can run around or just lounge in the sun.  Let's give it a look.
