WILMETTE IL CONDOS ON THE LAKE FOR SALE
 
The seven buildings along the lakefront in Wilmette have always been referred to as Plaza del Lago condos. There are 5 condominiums and 2 co-ops. They vary in size, layout, lake access, cost, price, and amenities. In the photo above, you can see all seven in a row - but one is mostly hidden (2nd to last at top.)
 
What they do have in common is proximity on the water with mostly gorgeous views and easy access to the Plaza del Lago shopping area directly across the street. It includes restaurants, a Jewel grocery store, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, small retailers, and many doctor and dentist’s offices. 
 
If residents plan to head to downtown Chicago, they can easily head south on Sheridan Road the whole way. 
 
Units vary in size from small one bedrooms, to combined units with four bedrooms. I have never seen a condo with no lake views! Most have direct lake views while some are more sideways but you can always see some water.
