Home Price Index Report November 2019
On January 7, 2020, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales gained 3.7% from November of 2018; while predicted to rise 5.3% to November of 2020. State of Idaho had the largest Home Price Index gain with 10.2% increase in November of 2019 from November of 2018.
This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing perhaps stabilizing.
