The Phone Rings And...
 
To litigious to be an agent.
Now we are unwilling or reluctant to answer our phone. It might be a robocall, a scammer, a wrong number, or a telemarketer.
 
If my phone rings, I answer it.
Hey guys, it may also be a buyer or seller. It may be someone asking about your listing. It may be someone thinking of selling. It may be someone just wanting real estate advice. It may be your seller calling from a different phone. It may be the media calling because they are looking for a last-minute quote or a professional opinion.
It may be another agent or a friend reaching out. Not everyone leaves a message. 
 
 
 
But we don’t answer unless we recognize the number or the area code. Yet we put our cell numbers on our signs, websites, blog, advertising, park benches, business cards, and we sign up for stuff everywhere so the world can reach us.
 But when it rings, we fear it could be 'that' annoying number.
 
It takes seconds to find out the reason for the call, take action to either hang-up, delete, or block the number!
But what if that is a 'real person' phone call?
Opportunity missed!!
