What goes UP must come DOWN
 "THE RIGHT TIME" is when a person is ready.
To worry less about the unknown and the future and do what is right for you today. 
This statement can be said for many things. Such as feeding the birds or home prices. When it comes to home prices though, there is two way to look at things. Unless you have a Crystal Ball, the best way to proceed is using the data we have to make a decision what is right for you.
 
I am hearing from both Buyers and Sellers who are having separate dilemmas whether to buy or sell now. 
 
Lets start with the HOME BUYING. I had a Home Buyer who went through a divorce. I sold their home for them. He then moved into an apartment for the short term until he figured out what he wanted to do with his life. Fast forward he met a new lady friend, a year later he is getting married. She has 3 children and they do not fit well in his small rental. He wants to buy a home but is afraid the market is heading for a recession and does not want to over pay.
