Their home in Charleston, WV sold and they had been living at their cabin on the Greenbrier River since October and were ready to purchase a home. After looking at a few houses and writing an offer on one that wasn't accepted, we stopped looking for a few weeks. The buyers previewed this home twice and decided to make a cash offer.
