As the Millbridge Real Estate Snapshot below shows, median home listing and sale prices ($358,873) increased during the 4th Quarter 2019. Average home sale prices ($364,464) were down slightly, but this is more reflective of the price mix of homes sold than of a dimunition in home values in Millbridge.
 
70 homes sold in quarter four, 11 more homes than during the same quarter last year. Approximately 82.5% of the sales were new construction. New listings were flat.
 
Averge days on market were down by one day at 86 days versus the same quarter one year ago. Sale prices of Millbridge homes were at 98.61% of asking price.
 
Months supply of invenotry was 2.5 months... much of it new construction from DR Horton and Lennar Homes (who opened a new section in Millbridge during the third quarter).
 
At year-end 2019, 22 homes were actively listed for sale, all but three of them new construction.
