Potential Buyers Stay Free?!
Just a few weeks ago, customers approached us with an unusual request:  Can we spend a night in this listing? 
Well, of course our first response was, "Let us talk to the sellers and get their opinion."  And, as you might imagine, these customers weren't asking for a night in a 2 BR bargain listing.  No... they wanted to stay in a luxurious 5 BR cabin atop one of our area's highest mountain tops-with spectacular sunset views to boot.
Since this listing is a vacation home and our sellers were already considering placing it on a rental program, they were very agreeable to this idea.  Really no other home could be more ideal for such a proposal; it's vacant and being sold fully furnished.
After great consideration,  we all agreed to let these customers stay overnight.   So other than being charged a small cleaning fee, these lucky buyers enjoyed one night of mountain luxury for free.
Though all went well with our overnight customers, they are still on the fence about purchasing this home. Has anyone else had buyers with such a request?
