One Problem In Buying Real Estate Solved
One of the biggest problems in buying real estate can be made easy.  The problem is one of trust or actually mistrust.  Real estate professionals are not all professional and that starts the trust issue for some folks.  The medical profession is an example of the opposite side of the spectrum.  The trust people place in their doctors is almost universal.  The trust people place in the Realtor can be minimal.  Why?
I started out as a green bean many years ago and I was coached into explaining my lack of experience.  I had a large staff of experienced professionals to rely on.  My broker was always available to help guide me thru the process.  Etc,  Etc.  It worked.  I have been very successful since those early days and now I know what I did not know in those days.  The one problem that can make the experience easy is to go with the silver haired realtor.  He/ she have been thru it all and hopefully will answer every challenge presented as you move thru your next real estate adventure.
