Super Bowl Parties Serve Super Pizzatizers !
I posted this recipe a while ago,....and it is one of our "often requested" all season creations and certainly needs to be repeated for this sporting/eating event.
 
                               PIZZATIZER
 
     The beauty of this appetizer is you can add whatever ingredients you wish...the "Gluten Free" Cream cheese crust can include just veggies or as much meat and cheese as you wish....no baking required. We just add garlic crackers and scoop up the loaded "crust."
 
The "crust" is 3 "bricks" (8 oz. packages) of
softened cream cheese...for extra flavor you can sprinkle some grated parmesan and garlic powder into the cream cheese. Spread evenly over a pizza pan...easily available at the Dollar Store and you can leave it with your hostess. Next....spread a can of pizza sauce...one of those little 8 oz. cans from Contadina is the one we use which works perfectly. The trick is to find where the grocery store "hides" them...this time next to the olives but of course... Next a healthy covering of shredded mozzarella cheese and on with the toppings !  This one has Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, pepper strips and pimento pieces.
