What Makes eXp Realty in Hawaii Special?
We started eXp Realty in Hawaii a little less than 4.5 years ago with 5 of us.  In such a short period of time we are now approaching 200 agents in Hawaii.  Our business model is proving to be beneficial to real estate agents and for our clients.  Worldwide, we have increased from a little over 500 of us to over 26,000 in the same period.  We are now in all 50 states and spreading across Canada.  We also opened Australia and England.  By the end of 2020 we expect to open 5 more countries.  We are the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the history of real estate.
What makes this growth amazing is that it has been completely organic.  Our company has cash flowed our growth.  Our agents all have stock ownership, a revenue share program to build retirement and most recently have come out with a medical Insurance plan.  We are now being traded on the Nasdaq.  Our company rang the closing bell on January 29th for the 2nd time.  eXp Realty was just named for the 3rd straight year a Glass Door “Best Place to Work”.
