Since it chocolate day I will share a recipe my mom would love to make
My mom always love to make these and eat them or give them as a treat to customers.
Chocolate Peanut Clusters
1/2 cup Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Hershey's Special Chocolate Chips
1 tablespoon shortening
1 cup unsalted, roasted peanuts
Place milk chocolate chips , Special Dark Chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave bowl.  Microwave at Medium 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.  Stir in Peanuts.
Drop by teaspoons into 1 inch diameter candy or petit four papers.  Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.  Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
  Makes about 2 dozen candies.
