Every year, we secure our fair share of resale condominiums in Franklin MA. There are 1,867 resale condos existing in Franklin. There are 7,744 resale single family homes in Franklin. 
 
The charts display the Active resale condos presently available. They total 9. The resale single family homes on the market at this time total 12.
Can you imagine living in an area of 7,744 single family homes and seeing only 12 for sale?  As for condos, having 9 condos for sale within an array of 1,867 resale condominiums is extremely slim inventory.
