Leap Day Was Wonderfully Busy
 
 
 
 
It started with an offer coming in this morning followed by an open house at
16 Lamplighter Ct
from 11 -12 Noon,
followed by a second open house at
2911 Montebello Terr
from 1-2
and followed by a beautiful baby shower for a client who purchased her dream home this past year. What fun seeing her new home filled with love, friends and so much happiness. I loved watching her and her husband opening the gifts together!
 
 
After the party, I was able to present the offer to my seller. 
Later spoke with two other agents who are "threatening" to send contract offers on my other listings.
I say threaten because I hear this so many times. 
"Send the disclosures; we will be writing an offer on this property." 
But they do not follow through and many times you don't even hear back from the buyer's agent.
Be careful when you hear another agent tell you about the interest the buyer has. Don't jump to inform your seller until you have that offer in hand. 
 
So I'm writing this blog, waiting to hear IF other offers are coming in, and getting ready for my live radio show tomorrow.
