What happens to the Vegetable Garden when we sell?
It could be said that the answer to this question was life changing for this seller. A garden he has tended for near 30 years. His questions was "what happens to his Asparagus plants when he sells?" 
 
I answered him with the question, "What does he want to happen with the asparagus plants?" 
 
He was split. He would want to take one row of plants with him. He would nit mind leaving the rest, but only to someone who will tend to them and take care of them as they need. Some one who enjoys eating them. Otherwise he would take them all.
 
Looking out at his garden, the snow just melted this week. The ground is still frozen. Being the first of March though, the ground will thaw with the warming spring sun. By the time the home sells, the ground will be ready to dig.
 
So what are your thoughts?
 
Let me tell you what i did. I actually wrote up an addendum just like the seller requested. I will provide it to all buyers ahead of time and they can write their wishes in their offer. If they do not want to have a garden ... more
