Wicker Park Market Trends for February 2020
Wicker Park home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 77.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 42.3% from $410,500 to $584,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 500%, while the median sale price rose by 81.1% from $570,000 to $1,032,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 57.1%, while the median sale price rose by 29% from $410,000 to $529,000.
