Clearing Market Trends for February 2020
Clearing home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 150% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 45.2% from $281,750 to $154,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price decreased by 19.2% from $298,500 to $241,200. Condo/townhome sales rose by 300%, while the median sale price rose by 65.7% from $84,500 to $140,000.
