Forest Park Market Trends for February 2020
Forest Park home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 23.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 10.4% from $296,900 to $266,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 33.3%, while the median sale price rose by 34.6% from $319,000 to $429,250. Condo/townhome sales rose by 150%, while the median sale price decreased by 6.6% from $206,000 to $192,500.
