Monee Market Trends for February 2020
Monee home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 18.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 1.4% from $185,000 to $187,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 11.1%, while the median sale price decreased by 0.6% from $192,500 to $191,250. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 50%, while the median sale price rose by 2.1% from $145,500 to $148,550.
