Oak Lawn Market Trends for February 2020
Oak Lawn home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 12.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 5.8% from $188,950 to $177,900. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 4.3%, while the median sale price decreased by 3.9% from $235,000 to $225,950. Condo/townhome sales rose by 23.5%, while the median sale price rose by 15.8% from $95,000 to $110,000.
