Vernon Hills Market Trends for February 2020
Vernon Hills home sales for the month of February rose in volume by 11.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 17.7% from $310,000 to $255,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 17.9% from $450,500 to $370,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 20%, while the median sale price rose by 11.7% from $175,500 to $196,000.
