Normal Market Trends for February 2020
Normal home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 3.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 19.4% from $135,250 to $161,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 14.3%, while the median sale price rose by 16.4% from $142,000 to $165,250. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 80%, while the median sale price decreased by 16.3% from $80,000 to $67,000.
