Romeoville Market Trends for February 2020
Romeoville home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 18.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 7.5% from $193,000 to $178,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 33.3%, while the median sale price decreased by 17.1% from $240,000 to $198,950. Condo/townhome sales rose by 9.1%, while the median sale price rose by 8% from $159,000 to $171,750.
