Palos Verdes Real Estate Sales Valmonte Neighborhood 2019

2019 Palos Verdes homes sales for the Valmonte neighborhood increased to 47 single family homes sold compared to 41 in 2019.  Price per square foot for Valmonte houses that sold in 2019 increased to $783 compared from $753 in 2018, a 3.9% increase.  Average sales price for Valmonte homes sold in 2019 was $1,704,949 compared to $1,733,648 in 2018.  The most expensive home sold for $3,720,000 and the lowest priced home sold for $1,180,000.
Currently, Valmonte has 6 active Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 6 single family homes ranging in price from $1,499,000 for a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1,540 square foot home, to $4,950,000 for a 6 bedroom/8 bath, 5,000 square foot home.  There are no condo/townhomes for sale in this area.
