The video and photos helped show buyers the features of this wonderful home.  I scheduled agent appointments to view the home which begin at 2 pm on Friday, 3/20 through Saturday evening 3/21 (while the sellers stayed at a hotel).
Agents and buyers were respectful of not touching things in the house and using sanitizing spray on their hands. E signature was used in producing an offer and the home is now under contract and the sellers are back to their home. Venmo was used to directly transfer the option money to the seller. The Title company has an electronic program called Zoccom to transfer the earnest money immediately to them.
