If I Were The President...
I am reading about coronavirus and can’t believe my eyes. We do not need to wear masks. Really?
So, the virus can easily spread when people cough, but we do not need to wear masks to protect ourselves.
Seems like the only reason they give you is that if we do not stop using them, then professionals would not have enough.
Enough for what?
Or, to deal with the very same people, that we would like to protect from. What, the virus is so selective and hits professionals, but would not hit us?
I should be understanding the notion behind it, but I really don’t.
Because if we are honest, then we need to say that mask would help us as well as the professionals, but because their risk is much higher, we need to make a sacrifice. Pass on the mask in CVS… But if we so desperately need these masks for medical professionals, why are they still can be found in pharmacies? Why the government wouldn’t just buy all the available stock and give it to medical professionals? And not one per doctor, like they are doing now…
