 Saddle Rock Ridge - Aurora CO is a neighborhood in Southeast Aurora comprised of over 2,000 single family homes built from 1997 to 2016 by several different builders.  This is one of the largest subdivisions in Southeast Aurora, located within the Cherry Creek School District and close to shopping, hospitals, many restaurant options, and entertainment. 
 
 
Housing in Saddle Rock Ridge in Aurora is popular with its location close to Southlands Shopping Center with lots of retail options and restaurants, easy access to E-470 and Denver International Airport.   Prices range from $340,000 to $850,000 and this neighborhood is located within the zip code of 80015.
 
Let's look at the sales for the month of February 2020 - 
Total sales - 8 ranging from $394,900 to $494,500 (decrease from 11 last month)     
Average Days on Market - 8 days (decreased from 26 days last month)       
Average Price - $438,000 ($435,000 last month)
