We have been talking about Lewisburg properties since December 2019.  They arrived last Thursday and we started looking at homes for sale.  We viewed this home on Monday and wrote an offer, and was accepted the same day. This was a cash transaction and we closed on this property today. All the homes we viewed were vacant.
 
The buyers sold their rental home in Oregon and wanted to reinvest their money in another home in Lewisburg. The couple has visited Lewisburg many times in the past five years and will be selling their residential home in Oregon and plan to buy a home in Lewisburg sometime this year.
