The Hampton Pointe Condos of North Reston is a small community of 397 Condo units on a charming street named Church Hill Place.  They were built in 1990 with a contemporary style. The neighborhood is located very near North Point Village Center for shopping and restaurants.  Baron Cameron Park is nearby for leisure and the ubiquitous Reston pathways can take you to Lake Anne Farmers Markets on Saturdays. 
This property also enjoys the proximity to Reston Town Center which means you’ll never have to leave Reston if you don't want to. If you do want to leave Reston, there are countless nearby amenities including Tyson’s Corner, Wolf Trap, and DC just a short metro-ride away.
