Ridgefield Buyer receives Virtual Home Inspections

Grateful sums up this month for our client, with a lease soon to expire it was essential for them to find a new place to call home. Not an easy task amid this epidemic, signing health disclosures prior to entry, showing exclusively to those making a decision, leaving children at home, wearing protective gear if available and hand sanitizing between appointments. Needless to say, we were all elated to bring their home search to an end after coming to an agreement on this Ridgefield home. Now we can move forward and schedule home inspections. However, this time home inspections would be performed a little differently for the safety of our clients and industry professionals. Inspections were scheduled on different days limiting the number in person activities and encouraged our clients to stay home while we recorded each inspection (FaceTime is preferred by most clients, but highly recommend video for future reference). In the end, our clients were grateful for the virtual home inspection, issues found and recommendations made.
