Sell my home right away but do it without bringing buyers inside
Yes you read that correct. A home seller wants to list as she needs to sell. But does not want any buyers coming through her house until the virus is over. It would be a pretty big trick, even for me I told her. She said she saw my "virtual tours" and heard from a couple of neighbors that I was the one to list with.
 
She went on and on for over an hour without me getting to say anything. I understood her fear. I had some thoughts, but she would need to listen to me if we were to get this moving. Her house is only a year old. I know this very desired area well. The value is pretty straight forward. I came up with 3 marketing plans we could use to sell the home. If she wants to list, i can relay the options and list the pros and cons.
