What part of NO open houses did you not get?
Here in NH Real Estate is open, however open houses are not allowed. When i scheduled a showing for a new listing, little to know what I was walking into. The agent set up showings every 15 minutes for the day. Fifteen minutes is not always enough time to see a home. AND what if the showing before you runs late?
 
There was strict instructions not to enter the property until the previous showing was complete. The house sits WAY back off the road with a long single car curvy driveway. A long way in and even longer to back out. Getting there for a 11am showing we arrived at 1045am and waited in the street to pull in. The 1045am appointment pulled up after us. The 1030am appointment was still there talking holding us all up. Finally they left and the 1045am went in. We were next. 
 
They did the same thing, talking in the driveway as the finished up holding us up. As they leave we pull in for our turn. As we were there the 11:15am pulled in. The 10am who was really late pulled in and the 11:30am pulled in all entering the home. No regard for instructions or safety. We ... more
