Branson Market Update during COVID-19
I truly didn't know what to expect for home sales during this Coronavirus lockdown but was pleasantly surprised that the Branson Real Estate Market did very well.  There weren't as many homes sold obviously because it has been very difficult to show them!  But other than the number of homes sold, prices were up and LP/SP ratios were great. 
This update is limited to get a good snapshot of the COVID-19 market.  April 1 - May 9, 2020, compared to the same time frame in 2019.
