"Nobody Cares How Much You Know, Until They Know How Much You Care"
 
Now, more than ever before during this Covid-19 Pandemic, people are actually reading.  They’re reading local and major newspapers that are available. They are reading all of their mail, and at least glancing at postcards.
I create a full page newspaper “marketing piece” to complement the theme of the postcard that I provide for each month.  The theme this month will be focused on the keyword “Caring.”
Caring is what clients want from the agent. It does not matter what your production might be; it’s of no consequence whether you are a seasoned agent or just at the onset of your career.  If the client knows you care, everything works out just fine.
