Edison Park Market Trends for June 2020
Edison Park home sales for the month of June rose in volume by 35.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 6.1% from $360,000 to $382,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 80%, while the median sale price rose by 3.1% from $400,000 to $412,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 28.6%, while the median sale price decreased by 32.4% from $170,000 to $115,000.
